Do you sell wholesale products?
I do not have wholesale pricing available as of right now on my website. If you would like to buy something in bulk, please feel free to reach out to me through e-mail at zotique.essentials@gmail.com and we will have a discussion about what it is you are looking for.
What name brands do you use for your products ingredients?

Why does my salve look liquidy?
I don't use any preservatives in my products. Becuase of this, the beeswax or butters used will melt in high temperatures.
Can I return an item?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the items, I do not accept returns or excnanges. All products are made in small batches to ensure the best quality. There is a lot of planning and time spent to make sure you are satisfied. Already shipped items cannot be restocked. If your product came damanged, take a few pictures and e-mail it to me so I can submit a claim with the USPS. I will then issue you a credit for future use.
What mail carrier do you use and where do you ship?
I use the USPS (United States Postal Service). I use the calculated shipping method. This means all the products will get weighted at the end of your purchse and will be calculated to where the product is being shipped.
Is there an expiration date on your products?
No there isn't. I use dried herbs in my infusions, so there is no water content going into the products. I know you'll love them and they won't last long anyway! But not to worry, they will last a very long time!
Are your products vegan?
Not all products are vegan. All roller bottle blends (medicine cabinet sets, individual rollers, chakra rollers), cuticle oils, and beard oils are ALL vegan.
